For me, I like the 2008 Porsche 911 GT2

It is the Ultimate 911. It is one of the fastest production car from the Germany automaker to date, outpacing the model upon which it is based, the 911 Turbo. Like the Turbo, it brings maximum speed to the pavement with unparalleled sophistication....

According to me, the ultimate luxury car would be an old timer, that still looks great and in good condition like BMW M5.

Hello
To me the World's Best Luxury Car is a 1960's Mercedes Benz 600(std saloon version).
It has an absolute amazing aura surrounding it.Many of the Famous people have owned a 600.From Rock stars to Dictators to Corporate Leaders to Heads of State. When you see one you feel the urge to look for your camera ,expecting someone famous to step out of the car. When you see one you either want to hate it or Love it.It does not make you fell less of yourself or jelous. You just feel honoured in its presence.Even when you park one next to the latest S-class ,the older lady is a much more prettier one.

Oh to be rich, when the toughest decisions about motoring involve choosing which mansion on wheels to drive, how soft the leather for the seats needs to be, and what optional extras you'll need. Welcome to the world of luxury cars.

Rolls-Royce Phantom

Personal space, car makers keep saying, is the 21st century's ultimate luxury. No surprises, then, that the 21st century's ultimate luxury car should also be the biggest. The surprise is the badge; Rolls-Royce, once a synonym for flashy and trashy, is back in its rightful place as maker of the world's finest car. The Phantom is huge. Rolls would prefer we pointed out the magnificent and clever all-aluminium structure, or the "is-it-actually-moving?" ride quality, the integration of all kinds of high-techery in to an apparently otherwise completely traditional English interior, or the built-in umbrellas in the reverse-opening rear doors. But you just cannot get over the size of the thing. It's not just long - 5.8 metres is a metre longer than even the longest Chelsea tractor - it is also so tall you barely need to bend to climb aboard. The style helps. The Phantom is no shrinking violet, it revels in its size. The classic Rolls-Royce Parthenon grille is bigger than ever and even though the Flying Lady - officially the Spirit of Ecstasy - disappears in a tiny electrically powered lift when you park, there is no avoiding the fact that the owner has paid £255,000 for this monster. And compared with its only obvious rival - the even longer Mercedes-built Maybach limo - he or she has got comparatively little for the money. While the Maybach is like a first-class business lounge on wheels, the Rolls- Royce is just a lovely place to be. Rolls-Royce is now a division of BMW, hence the Phantom's engine - a 6.7-litre BMW V12 - and the method and location of the body's construction, in Germany. But the Phantom is just one of five English cars on this list - comprising the top five - although the ultimate ownership of all lies overseas with Ford, Volkswagen or BMW. Britain might no longer be able to make cars profitably enough to keep ownership of the manufacturers, but, by heaven, when it comes to making them luxurious, nobody does it better.
